With the coming of spring comes the reappearance of wildlife in Waterloo..... and I must say, the wildlife here are have lost all their animal instincts or something. You can walk right through a flock of geese, and all they'll do is glare and honk at you. Going past the outer door of my rez today, I heard what sounded like a big flock of geese honking about... I stopped for a bit to see if i could see where this flock was (cause I couldn't see and geese out there), and after a sec, these 2 geese just kinda stolled right past the door, happily honking away. That was a pretty massive flock ;) Geese are loud :|
Sunday night, I was walking to the caf, when out of nowhere a pair of ducks popped up and started quacking at me O_o.... I jumped a bit and moved over to the other side of the path, then continued on my way, when -another- pair of ducks popped up from that side and started quacking at me >_<. Needless to say, I was a tad paranoid for the remainder of my little walk.

Women's Cell was yesterday, and yet again I found myself thinking "wow, what an amazing group of women". I complain and whine about the little things going on in my life, but then I see what some of these girls are going through and how they still manage to stay cheerful and strong... that just blows me away. I thank God for putting these girls in my life =)
