Bad things happen when you think you know something, but you really don't. Like telling someone it's A-OK to blindly reset their router without properly disconnecting it first (et cetra, et cetra...). I spent my Monday late-night trying to rectify my not-so-brilliant suggestion, to little avail. Once again, Sev saves the day =P
On a brighter note, I got to chat with someone I haven't really had the chance to speak with for the past 2 years. Not the best way to start up a conversation, but it was good hearing from you again :)
Aaand having just received a certain email 2 minutes ago, I'll take this time to say: ROFL! Belinda, you never cease to amuse :D
